AgriEuro Corp., a Romanian company for the development of aquaculture and tourism, which owns 16,18 sq km of land in the Danube Delta, which is a monument of world heritage of UNESCO, gathered to build the largest resort on the Black sea.
The company has hired Romanian architectural and design firm Tehnomontaj for preparation of feasibility study and design of hotel and tourist infrastructure at 620. The preparation of construction documents and field supervision will be conducted by the engineers of technical supervision.
According to the project company, the resort will consist of two main components – the hotel and Spa on the Black sea coast and the complex eco-lodges scattered on the island with an area of about thousand sq. m. 20,23 These components are connected by a 5-km promenade.
Tehnomontaj the challenge now is to conduct a geological and engineering study of the area on the subject of how to build the resort and how it can be reached by land, sea and air. I AgriEuro Corp in this area already has the property. It is expected that it will be renovated to use for maintenance of the resort.
“We are very excited and eager to proceed to the preparatory phase of construction of the resort. We will follow all the rules for the preservation of our unique monument of UNESCO world heritage throughout the construction process,” – said General Director AgriEuro Corp Radu Cosmin Monda.
