The quota for the supply of pipes to Ukraine by 86% possession

Enterprises of Russia and other countries for the first five months of the third year of the re- imposed restrictions on the supply to Ukraine seamless steel casing and tubing , calculated from 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014, received a license for the supply of 15,822 tonnes of pipes with an annual quota of 18,471 tons ( 85.66 % of the quota ) .

At the same time Russian companies used by 99.76 % quota for the supply to Ukraine seamless steel casing and tubing , received a license for the supply of 13.1 thousand tons of pipes with an annual quota of 13,131 tonnes.

Austrian companies have received 40.87 % of the quota licenses for the supply of 1,106 tons quota of 2,706 tonnes.

Poland Enterprises received 81.88 % of the quota licenses for the supply of 995.6 tonnes quota of 1,216 tons , Romania – 43.51 % of the quota , received a license for the supply of 100.5 tonnes quota of 231 tons , China – 100 % of quota (53 tons).

At the same time did not get a license enterprise Slovakia ( 188 tons) and India ( 80 tons) .

Companies from other countries have received 53.94 % of the quota licenses for the supply to Ukraine 467.1 tons of pipes at 866 tonnes quota .

As reported , Ukraine September 30, 2011 , extended for another three years action introduced in 2008, quotas on imports of steel pipes seamless casing and tubing OD up to 406.4 mm , regardless of the country of origin with an annual increase of quota by 5% .

In the first year re- imposed restrictions ( on September 30, 2012 ), the total quota was 16,753 tons , the second – 17.591 tonnes in the third year – 18,471 tons.

The enterprises of the Russian Federation and other countries for the first year of the re- imposed restrictions on the period from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012 94.74 % of quota used for the supply to Ukraine seamless steel casing and tubing , received a license for the supply of 15,872 tons.

In particular, Russian companies used by 99.92 % quota , received a license for the supply of 11.9 thousand tons of pipes with an annual quota of 11,910 tonnes. Austrian companies have received 99.97% of the quota licenses for the supply of 2,454 tons quota of 2,455 tonnes. Poland Enterprises received 52.97 % of the quota licenses for the supply of 584.21 tons quota of 1,103 tons , Romania – 91.39 % of the quota , received a license for the supply of 191 tons of a quota of 209 tonnes.

At the same time did not get a license enterprise Slovakia ( 171 tons) , India ( 73 tons ), China ( 49 tons) .

Companies from other countries have received 94.80 % of the quota for the supply of 742.252 tons quota of 783 tonnes.

In the second year re- imposed restrictions ( on September 30, 2013 ), the total quota was 17.591 tons , while enterprises of Russia and other countries for the second year received a license for the supply of 17,172 tonnes of pipes with an annual quota of 17.591 tonnes (97 , 62 % of the quota ) . In particular, Russian companies used by 99.91 % quota for the supply to Ukraine seamless steel casing and tubing , received a license for the supply of 12,495 tonnes of pipes with an annual quota of 12,506 tonnes.

Austrian companies have received 99.24 % of the quota licenses for the supply of 2,558 tons quota of 2,577 tonnes. Poland Enterprises received 91.21 % of the quota licenses for the supply of 1,056 tons quota of 1,158 tons , Romania – 86.82 % of the quota , received a license for the supply of 191 tons of a quota of 220 tons , China – 95.68 % of the quota , received license to supply 48.797 tons quota of 51 tons .

At the same time did not get a license enterprise Slovakia ( 180 tons ) and India ( 76 tons) .

Companies from other countries have received 100% of quota licenses for the supply of 823 tons at the same annual quota.

Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine introduced import quotas pipes in June 2008 on the application of ” Interpipe Nyzhnyodniprovsky Pipe ” (Dnepropetrovsk ) and CJSC ” Nikopol Interpipe seamless pipes ” Niko Tube ” (Dnipropetrovsk region . ) . In 2011, they have sought to extend these special measures.

In addition, as reported, Ukraine withdrew from the application of quotas seamless steel casing and tubing four specifications used for the production of hydrocarbons – from October 1, 2012 , they can be imported to countries outside the quota.

Ukraine declared its intention to August 2013 to suspend import restrictions rows of steel pipes.
