Technical supervision over apartment repairs

After the client confirmed design project of apartment “BTN” starts working. Our task is control the process of lying engineering systems (heating, sewage, electricity etc.) and accomplishment of internal work in the apartment. As a result of vigilant and responsible work of our engineers the repairs of the apartment finished in terms stated in the agreement. Expenses of the repair did not exceed calculation and quality of work met all requirements of the client.

The owner of the apartment who planned renewal of sewage and water system and internal design of the apartment ordered technical supervision over repairs. Our task included: – control of accordance with Constructional Norms and Regulations and state standards; – control of quality of lying engineering systems (heating, sewage and water system, electricity etc.); – organization of timely finishing the repair of the apartment; – strict supervision over expenses. All work was accomplished extremely quickly, agreement responsibilities followed, the client saved his nerves and time.

Technical supervision over building of the foundation

Suburban club (which has tennis court, hotel, restaurant etc.) ordered technical supervision over building of the foundation and further the other part of building which was left. Having received the project “BTN” organized contractors’ work. With full interaction with builders, we achieve coordinate actions of all participants of the process. Regular control of material expenses and state of readiness of building elements provide with a possibility to fully exclude different manipulations which may bring the client to financial loss. Currently construction of building continuous and is on the level of building metal constructions for ferro-concrete foundation.

Technical supervision over reconstruction of residential building

The client planned reconstruction and attachment of part of residential building with a purpose of further sale of apartments. As the house is old (more than 50 years) it was important to use the best professionals. Being on the level of making a project the customer appealed to “BTN”. We were able to control meeting of all norms and requirements for residential buildings, accordance of the project with safety conditions of exploitation, and also reasonableness and accuracy of calculations. Within the projects contactors accomplished and we controlled the following work: – reinforcement of foundation; – reconstruction of front of the building; – change of all engineering systems (heating, sewage and water system, ventilation and electricity); – building of new wing of the building. Owing to responsible technical supervision, we were able to avoid many mistakes in the process of work accomplishment which might lead to numerous financial and time loss. Timely extinguishment and correction of all defects in building allows to save expenses and finish work in terms.

Technical supervision of the installation of metal

The second phase of construction of an extension to the main building of suburban tennis club and restaurant began with the manufacture and installation of steel structures. Received and considered the project engineers for steel ” RTN ” have been made and agreed with the developer a number of changes that pop up throughout the installation. Implementation complexity of metal was limited technology at the entrance station. Mounting options were proposed roof beams and girders without technology. At the moment all volumes tested and commissioned works . Metal structures mounted in full. Next phase of construction – roofing, facades , finishing works , equipment installation .

 Technical supervision of construction of the restaurant

To achieve the customer’s requirements for the implementation of the restaurant was developed design and design documentation, found room and identified contractors for construction and installation of equipment. Complexity of implementation of this project was to work unharmonized contractors as general contractor was not involved and deadlines. Therefore, the added functions of technical supervision and coordination of construction and installation organizations. Despite all the difficulties of the building and the restaurant was launched in time.
