The Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services (regional development) plans to 6 October this year to open access to the State land cadastre for all Ukrainians. This was during a press conference, said the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of regional development Gennady Zubko. “Till October 6, we should open up rosters to ensure that everyone can see who owns a particular land parcel number land cadastre”, – said Zubko. In addition, he added that to date, already opened registers for notaries who may take extracts from the land cadastre for the implementation of notarial actions. Recall that in mid-August, the State service of Ukraine for geodesy, cartography and cadastre (Gosgeonadzor) in the framework of the government policy of expanding access to the State land cadastre has launched the service of private and public notaries can access the land registry for the issuance of excerpts from it. Then access to the database of the State land cadastre of Ukraine received almost 100 notaries. According to notaries, the cost of connection to the service, including all expenses, amounted to 8 thousand UAH.
